By downloading, installing, or using My Bible, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and My Bible App. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts.

My Bible is a Bible study app that offers:

• Access to multiple Bible translations
• Daily verses and prayers
• Personalized reading plans
• AI chat for Bible questions
• Favorites and notes system
• Gamification to encourage daily reading

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

You may use our service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the app illegally or for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our system
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use the app to transmit harmful or offensive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service operation
• Use bots or automated systems to access the service

When creating an account on My Bible, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we detect suspicious activity.

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• Payments are processed by the App Store (Apple)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in App Store settings
• The free trial period (when offered) gives full access to Premium features
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance.

All content and materials available in the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of My Bible or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Bible texts are in the public domain or used with permission from their respective rights holders. Each translation may have specific terms of use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without prior written authorization.

Artificial intelligence features, including the Bible chat, are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. They:

• Do not replace spiritual guidance or professional counseling
• May contain errors or inaccuracies
• Should not be considered official theological interpretation
• Are based on language models that have inherent limitations

We always recommend consulting religious leaders, pastors, or spiritual counselors for in-depth guidance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Bible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Any content obtained through the app
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the service

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Bible and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Your use of the app
• Your violation of third-party rights

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page and updating the "last updated" date.

Your continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should stop using the app.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of the United States.

If you have downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• Acknowledgement: These Terms are concluded between you and My Bible App only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Scope of License: The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.
• Maintenance: Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
• Warranty: Apple is not responsible for any product warranties. In the event of failure, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Product Claims: My Bible App, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App.
• Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these Terms, and will have the right to enforce them against you.
